Chocolate Chip Cookies
🍪 Ingredients

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup brown sugar (packed)

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet (leave space between cookies).
- Bake for 9–11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.
Macaroni and Cheese

- 2 cups corkscrew macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper (to taste

- Cook the macaroni
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain. - Add butter & milk
Put the drained macaroni back in the pot. Add butter and milk, and heat on low. - Stir in cheese
Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. - Season
Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the macaroni
